The Mothcats Mentor Program pairs inexperienced users with a more seasoned member for one-on-one assistance while learning how the group works. There's usually quite a bit going on, which can be confusing to jump into for new members; mentors are here to help answer questions and offer personalized training with whatever aspects of the group you might be having trouble with.

Requirements and Standards

We ask that all members who register for this program do so when they are able to actively commit to the program (whether to graduate or to mentor another member). 

Mentors are able to force-drop mentees at their discretion if there has been a significant absence or if they are being ignored. Mentees may also request to swap or drop specific mentors if they are uncomfortable for any reason or if their mentors displayed significant absence. 

Members who have been force-dropped from the program may not register for it again in the future. However, members who request to drop from the program due to extenuating circumstances may register when they are able to commit again.

This option offers members guidance on the basic run-down of how the Mothcats groups works, including but not limited to:

  • Setting up a Mothcat Bank
  • Participating in Mothcats events
  • Obtaining Mothcats (including without paying)
  • Creating a Mothcat Registration Card
  • Explaining what Flower Tokens are for and how to earn them
  • Answering questions regarding the main group

Members who successfully graduate from the mentor program will be able to use this participation to count for one of the Rank B promotion requirements AND earn the following sticker for their Mothcat Banks:

Mentors who successfully graduate members from the program will earn the following stickers:

Sticker Achievement Name Requirements
