* Enable the bearer to craft items (including accessories and dye mixing) with the requirement of only materials-- no quest entry necessary! Each voucher is good for 5, 10, and 15 crafted items respectively.
** To use, simply provide proof of your voucher-- if it's unused, a link to where you acquired it, -OR- a link to the comment in your transaction log with its most recent use-- instead of a quest entry.
** Note, again, that you will still need to provide the materials to craft your item!
