# Accessories must be officially equipped in order for the Mothcat or subspecies to be depicted with the accessory.
# Mothcats or subspecies may be drawn with an accessory ONCE without penalty.
*** For example, a Mothcat may be drawn with a Santa hat once without needing to officially obtain one.*** In order to be drawn a second time though, a Santa hat must be officially obtained.
